With excitement building ahead of the imminent return of the Premier League, West Ham United’s four Official Club Stores re-opened their doors to supporters on Monday 15 June.

In line with the latest Government guidance, supporters can able to visit us in-store at London Stadium, Lakeside Thurrock, Liberty Romford and Basildon Eastgate to shop in person.
Fans should note that the London Stadium store will be closed on home matchdays, but the three other stores will be open, while our online store is also open 24/7 at officialwesthamstore.com, with our full range of replica kit, training wear, Hammers fashion, souvenirs and more available.

Supporters visiting the London Stadium store should also note that only the top floor will be open at this time, and the West Ham United Coffee Co. cafe remains closed, with opening hours set for 11am-4pm, subject to change.
With everyone’s health and wellbeing of paramount importance to the Club, all four stores will comply fully with social distancing and PPE guidance, with a limited number of customers and staff allowed in store at any one time.
The stores will be made as safe as possible for staff and customers with all four stores undergoing a deep clean before re-opening.
Contactless hand sanitiser stations will be positioned at the front of each store for customers entering, while queue management will be in place on entering and exiting the store.
Additionally, Perspex screens have been installed at the till points, along with social distancing floor signs throughout the stores.

*The Stadium Store is just a short walk from Westfield Stratford City and supporters are recommended to walk via The Street and Stratford Walk. Access to the Stadium Store throughout the summer is via the bridge nearest the Store, which is adjacent to the Orbit.
