It was the final day of the Premier League campaign with cross-capital pride up for grabs, and Alan Pardew's men were determined to warm-up for the following weekend's FA Cup final in style.
The Hammers did claim the bragging rights, thanks to goals from Carl Fletcher and Yossi Benayoun.
