Premier League stars will be taking to the FIFA 20 field next week in the inaugural ePremier League Invitational tournament, with defender Ryan Fredericks representing West Ham United.
The Irons' No24 will compete alongside the likes of Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold, Norwich’s Todd Cantwell, Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling and Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha in the competition.
Also competing from the comfort of their own homes will be players including Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Diogo Jota, Aston Villa’s John McGinn and Sheffield United’s Lys Mousset.
The tournament final will feature in a live show on Sky Sports on Saturday 25 April, with the prize fund being donated to the #PlayersTogether initiative, which was created by Premier League players as a collective way of generating funds for the National Health Service and distributing them where they are needed most.
The ePremier League invitational will also continue to urge everyone to follow official advice by staying home and saving lives.
The full line-up of Premier League club representatives will be confirmed ahead of the draw for the tournament, which will be broadcast from 9am on Monday’s edition of The Football Show on Sky Sports News and Sky Sports Main Event.
The opening rounds of the competition will feature four matches being played each day between midday and 4pm from Tuesday 21 April to Friday 24 April.
The semi-finals and final will be televised live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League at 3pm on Saturday 25 April.
Fans will be able to watch Fredericks' matches – and all the action throughout the week – live on the Premier League website, app, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter channels, and the Sky Sports YouTube and Twitch channels.
More information on the competition can be found at the ePremier League invitational website.
