On This Day: West Ham win the Women's Premier League Plate

On this day in 2018, goals from Ellie Zoepfl, Amber Stobbs, Kelly Wealthall and Rosie Kmita secured the FA Women's Premier League Plate for West Ham United.

The Hammers saw off Luton Town Ladies 5-0 with a dominant performance, with the win at Keys Park secured the Irons' second piece of silverware in under two weeks.

A rocket from Stobbs and Wealthall's cool finish gave West Ham a deserved lead at the interval.

Zoepfl scored twice in the second period, with captain Rosie Kmita also finding the net with a curling effort from distance, in a strong win for the side.
