West Ham United stars Mark Noble, Robert Snodgrass and Arthur Masuaku – plus Academy starlets Will Greenidge and Sam Nsumbu – were in Beckton yesterday as Lycamobile and the West Ham United Foundation launched the 2019 Lycamobile Cup.

The community youth football tournament, now in its seventh season of bringing together schools from across London together, was kicking off with its first qualifying round competition, with ten Under-12 and nine Under-14 teams in action on Tuesday.

The West Ham players were in attendance to cheer on the sides, exchange high fives galore, and make lifelong memories for the young players – as well as take the odd photo or two.

The Lycamobile Cup gathers young players from local secondary schools and community centres and sees them compete in a series of tournaments over the course of the season. This year’s final will be played in May 2020.

Take a look at some of the best pictures from yesterday’s event above.
