West Ham United is delighted to announce that the 2019/20 Player Awards – Brought to you by Betway in aid of the Academy – will take place on Tuesday 5 May 2020.
Being held at he 5-star JW Marriott Grosvenor House on London’s Park Lane, the Player Awards are the annual celebration of all things Claret and Blue, climaxing with the crowning of the Hammer of the Year.
You can join the West Ham United first-team squad and Hammers legends of yesteryear at our exclusive end of season awards evening, where together we will honour the success stories from our 2019/20 campaign, the Academy of Football and our rich heritage.
After making a VIP entrance on our claret carpet, guests can expect an evening of entertainment including a live house band throughout our prestigious awards ceremony, where we will honour the 40th anniversary of our 1980 FA Cup win, present the Lifetime Achievement Award and reveal the identity of the 2019/20 Betway Hammer of the Year.
Will Lukasz Fabianski retain his crown? Will Mark Noble complete a hat-trick? Will new boy Sebastien Haller shoot himself to the prize? Will two-time runner-up Declan Rice make it third time lucky? Will Aaron Cresswell or Michail Antonio secure a second award? Or will another player win the prize voted for by the Claret and Blue Army?
