Hammers trio added to FIFA 19 database

Jane Ross and Cho So-hyun

Jane Ross, Cho So-hyun and Vyan Sampson have become the latest West Ham United players to join the FIFA 19 database.

With the 2019 Women’s World Cup just one week from beginning in France, EA Sports have introduced further superstars from the game in a Women’s World Cup Final Mode, which is now available in FIFA 19.

With Scotland’s progression to their first ever World Cup Finals, and the Korea Republic also playing at this summer’s tournament, a pair of West Ham players have been added to the game after their respective call-ups for the competition.

Striker Ross, who scored 11 goals in all competitions this season for West Ham, is set to lead the line for Scotland and is welcomed into the game for the first time. The attacker has been awarded a 75 rating.

Cho joins her West Ham teammate in FIFA 19. The midfielder, and Korea Republic captain, moved to the Irons in January and is set to lead her nation out in the Women’s World Cup opener against France next Friday. She has been given a 79 rating in her first outing in a FIFA game.

Defender Vyan Sampson also makes her FIFA 19 debut. The 22-year-old, although not a part of Jamaica’s World Cup squad, has been included in the nation’s FIFA 19 team, making it a trio of new Hammers in the game.

Ross, Cho and Sampson join Ria Percival and Adriana Leon in flying the flag for West Ham United in FIFA 19. New Zealand record cap holder Percival has seen her rating increased in the game to 78, while Canada’s Leon has seen her rating go up to 74.

All five are available to play as now on FIFA 19 in Women’s World Cup Final mode!
