Issa Diop's colossal performance in Saturday's 1-0 victory at Tottenham Hotspur has earned the defender a place in the latest FIFA 19 Team of the Week.
Diop was recalled to the side for the Hammers' first ever trip to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and showed why in a display which thwarted the hosts and gave his team the derby spoils.
The Frenchman has enjoyed a positive first season in the Claret & Blue following his move from Toulouse last summer, and came close to getting on the scoresheet at the weekend too, bursting through on goal but seeing Hugo Lloris save his shot.
Diop's outstanding performance has given his FIFA 19 rating a boost to 81 with this card, up from his base number of 76.
The 22-year-old is the seventh Hammer to be awarded a Team of the Week card this campaign, following on from Chicharito, Marko Arnautovic, Felipe Anderson, Declan Rice, Andriy Yarmolenko and Michail Antonio.
