Jane Ross has agreed a transfer to FA Women’s Super League newcomers Manchester United.

The Scotland international scored eleven goals during her single season with West Ham United, having joined from Manchester City in July 2018.

Ross’ efforts helped the Hammers to a seventh-place finish in the Club’s first season in the FA WSL and reach the Women’s FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium, where they were narrowly beaten by her former side.

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with West Ham and I would like to say thank you to each of my teammates, every member of the staff, and all of the West Ham supporters for making me feel so welcome during my season with the club,” said Ross, who recently represented her country at the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup finals in France.

Head coach Matt Beard, paid tribute to the contribution made by the 29-year-old, saying: “Jane has been the ultimate professional and a pleasure to work with. I wish her all the best for the future.”

Everyone at West Ham United would like to thank Jane for her efforts in Claret and Blue and wish her every success in her future career.
