Last chance to represent West Ham United in the 2019/20 ePremier League

Last chance to represent West Ham in the ePremier League

UK-based FIFA players hoping to represent West Ham United and don the famous Claret and Blue will need to move fast – you’ve just over two weeks remaining to register and qualify for this season’s competition!

Online qualifiers for the second annual ePremier League began this week and run until 22 December, so there’s still plenty of opportunity to rack up points on your way to firing the Irons to ePremier League glory.

Players across PlayStation 4 and Xbox One can register for the tournament until 22 December at e.premierleague.com.

Hammers Jamboo and Gledis ‘RUSTEMI92’ Rustemi battled through a live play-off at London Stadium last term to don the Claret & Blue at the finals – and you could follow in their footsteps as our representatives this year!

It was beyond belief representing the team you watch week in week out and having that responsibility to perform on the virtual pitch

Gledis 'RUSTEMI92' Rustemi

London-born Rustemi only started playing FIFA competitively in November 2018 and impressed on his way to reaching the ePremier League PlayStation finals last season.

Of the experience, Rustemi told the Premier League website: “It's a massive opportunity that a lot of people don't get the chance to do. Personally doing the best for myself and the club is very important to me.

“It was beyond belief representing the team you watch week in week out and having that responsibility to perform on the virtual pitch. It was a moment to remember.

“The connection to the Premier League is what makes the whole competition different because you live and breathe it and get a sense of what it might be like playing in the PL.”

Top-ranked FIFA 19 player Donovan ‘Tekkz’ Hunt went on to claim the ePL trophy for Liverpool in a hotly contested Grand Final in London. The finals were broadcast live on Sky Sports, the Premier League’s Facebook Watch channel and the EA SPORTS FIFA Twitch channel, receiving almost 14 million views.

Should you rack up enough points in the online qualifiers before 22 December, the Club play-offs will commence in February 2020 prior to the grand finals on 27 and 28 March.
