Andy Carroll had a day to remember exactly three years ago when he bagged a quickfire hat-trick against Arsenal.
In the final Boleyn Ground meeting between the teams, Carroll turned a 2-0 deficit around with a double strike in the minutes before half time.
Then, at the start of the season half, he rose high at the far post to make it 3-2. Laurent Koscielny may have levelled matters in the game's final 20 minutes, but Carroll would go home with the match ball.
