Two goals from Esmee De Graaf and strikes by Brianna Visalli and Rosie Kmita secured an excellent 4-o win for West Ham United over Millwall Lionesses in the Continental Tyres Cup.
The result was West Ham's second win in succession as the Hammers continue to prepare for the first league fixture, at home to Reading FC Women on Wednesday.
