Lukasz Fabianski helped Poland get their UEFA Nations League campaign underway with a 1-1 draw in Italy on Friday evening.

The Hammers keeper started to earn his 47th cap for his country as they came within 12 minutes of claiming the Azzurri's scalp in Bologna.

Piotr Zielinski gave Poland a first half lead, but Chelsea's Jorginho hit back from the spot to ensure the points would be shared.

Elsewhere, Robert Snodgrass was a second half substitute as Scotland fell to a 4-0 friendly defeat to Belgium in Glasgow.

Belgium, fresh from their third place finish at the World Cup, had too much power for Scotland and secured victory through goals by Romelu Lukaku, Eden Hazard and a Michy Batshuayi brace.

Finally, Academy youngster Ajibola Alese started as England U18s made it two wins from two in the Limoges Tournament by defeating Russia 3-0.
