YouTube star Spencer Owen to host West Ham United eSports Cup powered by Basset & Gold finals

YouTube star West Ham United fan Spencer Owen has been announced as the host for the grand final of the West Ham United eSports Cup powered by Basset & Gold.

Spencer, who is behind the Spencer FC YouTube channel and formed the football club Hashtag United, will present the action as the UK’s best FIFA 19 players battle it out at London Stadium on Sunday 18 November for a £25,000 prize pool.

Having hosted the FIFA eWorld Cup finals earlier this year, Spencer will now oversee the action at London Stadium as 16 of the UK's best FIFA 19 players battle it out at the home of the Hammers.

The first eight players have already secured their place at the finals in online qualifiers, but there’s still time to register for the second qualifier on Tuesday 6 November, when four more PlayStation 4 and four Xbox players will join them.
