Team news

Andriy Yarmolenko

Manuel Pellegrini will again likely use a full squad of 22 players at Wycombe on Saturday, and Andriy Yarmolenko could feature for the first time in Claret and Blue.

Marko Arnautovic is also available, having returned to pre-season training following his international commitments with Austria last week.

Hammers fans could also get their first glimpse of Ryan Fredericks and Issa Diop on English soil.

However, Andy Carroll (ankle) and Winston Reid (knee), face a period of three months on the sidelines, so won’t feature at Wycombe.

Did you know?

West Ham have only met Wycombe in competitive action on three occasions in their history. Their most recent was a 1995 FA Cup tie, which the Hammers won 2-0. Prior to that, the only meetings came way back in the 1898/99 season, when both clubs were in the Southern League Second Division.  Honours were even that campaign, with each side securing a 4-1 victory.

More recently, a Hammers U21 side has faced Wycombe in the Checkatrade Trophy, losing 3-0 at Adams Park in 2016/17, and 2-0 last term.
