The Academy of Football was treated to a surprise at Rush Green as the Hammers’ first team squad joined in their session after a morning of training themselves at their east London base.
The whole squad, including skipper Mark Noble and forward Marko Arnautovic got involved as the youngsters tested themselves against their senior role models.
Manager David Moyes also barked his instructions for the Academy, as he would for his Premier League outfit, from the touchline.
After the session, the group’s young goalkeepers sat down with Joe Hart and Adrian as the senior stoppers answered questions and gave advice to the Academy talents.
As the session came to a close, their was time for one or two photos before the players posed for selfies and signed autographs for the young football hopefuls.
