PL Primary Stars

If you work at a primary school in East London or Essex, our Primary Stars programme could be the perfect way to help transform the lives of your pupils in 2017/18.

Using the appeal of football and sport to connect and inspire, West Ham United Foundation are currently delivering the Premier League’s Primary Stars programme right across East London and Essex – and we’d be delighted to bring it to your school!

The programme aims to develop skills and ambition both on and off the sports field, with resources for girls and boys aged 5-11 years old. Our professional staff provide curriculum-linked Key Stage 1 and 2 classroom resources for PE, Maths, English and PSHE, helping to engage and nurture development both in the classroom and playground.

The programme helps to encourage teamwork and resilience, promoting equality, diversity and anti-bullying. This enables the children to:

  • Be ambitious – work hard and never give up on their goals
  • Be inspiring – set a great example to others
  • Be connected –work well with others and in a team
  • Be fair – treat people equally and think of others

With a wide range of delivery models, we can tailor the programme to meet the needs of your school.
