West Ham United bid farewell to the Boleyn Ground on 10 May 2016.

After 112 years of highs, lows, thrills and spills, the Hammers said goodbye to their historic home in Upton Park in fitting fashion as Slaven Bilic's side led, trailed and then scored two late goals to defeat Manchester United 3-2.

Diafra Sakho, Michail Antonio and Winston Reid were the goalscoring heroes as Slaven Bilic's side signed-off life in E13 with victory in the Club's 2,398th and last game at the Boleyn Ground.

The Official Website has delved into the archives to select a Gallery of images recalling that amazing Wednesday evening when, after a stirring ceremony featuring the first-team squad and legendary Hammer of the Year winners, the late, great Bobby Moore turned out the floodlights one final time.

You can relive that amazing night again and again by watching the documentary film IRON MEN, which you can order now right here!
