West Ham United's Checkatrade Trophy campaign came to an end at Kenilworth Road on Tuesday as League Two leaders Luton Town were 4-0 winners in the round of 32 tie.
The Hammers progressed to the knockout stages of the competition after wins over League One outfits Swindon Town and Bristol Rovers in their Southern Group C.
But the Hatters proved too strong for Terry Westley's men in the next stage, as they eliminated the visitors thanks to goals from Lawson D'Ath, Aaron Jarvis, Kavan Cotter and Jordan Cook.
