West Ham United U18s are in great form this season, and Conor Coventry has a lot to do with that.
The 16-year-old's solid performances in midfield have seen the Hammers occupy second position in the Premier League U18 South division for the most part of this season, though this weekend they slipped down to fourth.
The teenager has also represented his country the Republic of Ireland at U17 level a number of times and, speaking to West Ham TV, he lifts the lid on what it is like turning out for the Boys in Green.
