The Club have begun recruiting in its retail and Ticket Office departments
West Ham United are excited to begin recruiting matchday staff in our Retail and Ticket Office departments, ready for the start of the 2016/17 season at our new home, giving you the chance to work for a top Premier League club at the most exciting time in its history.

We have two roles. The first, Matchday Sales Assistant, will mean working in our brand new, state-of-the-art Stadium Store and the second will be based in the unique, fast-paced environment of the Ticket Office as a Matchday Ticket Office Assistant.

For both, the Club are looking for candidates who are hardworking, passionate about learning, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and flexible to work around the fixture list.

This iconic new Stadium has the best transport links for any football stadium in the country allowing anyone in and around the London area to easily and quickly travel to Stratford.

The Club believe these roles are a great place to begin a career with West Ham and have had many employees work their way up from these roles, many of whom are now moving to the new Stadium in exciting roles.
