Hammer Time - Matthew Etherington & Darren Lewis

Hammer Time returns ahead of the big London derby against Crystal Palace on Saturday and we are joined by two guests who know a thing or too about our opposing manager Alan Pardew.

Matthew Etherington made 195 appearances for the Hammers during his six-year spell at the Boleyn Ground.

The talented winger spent the majority of his career in east London playing under Pardew and enjoyed a memorable period reaching two play-off finals and the FA Cup Final against Liverpool.

Matthew is joined in the studio by Daily Mirror football journalist Darren Lewis who has also known Pardew well since his time in charge of West Ham United.

The pair discuss what Pardew has in store for his former club on Saturday while Etherington praises Dimitri Payet and feels he could become just as good as Carlos Tevez.
