Classic match

Derby County 0-5 West Ham United
Premier League
10 November 2007

A brilliant away performance saw West Ham hand the Rams a drubbing as they ran riot at Pride Park on this day eight years ago.

Alan Curbishley's men took a one goal lead to the break thanks to Lee Bowyer's strike after 42 minutes. Three goals in eight second half minutes then put the Hammers out of sight as Matthew Etherington and an Eddie Lewis own goal rattled Derby before Bowyer struck again.

Nolberto Solano put the finishing touches on the demolition when he curled in a brilliant free-kick past ex-Hammer stopper Stephen Bywater.
