Supporters who need to settle the balance of their 2015/16 Season Ticket should be aware that the deadline for doing so is at 4pm on Sunday 31 May.
Your deposit secures your seat for the final season at the Boleyn Ground and your priority status to select a seat in the new Stadium for the 2016/17 season.
These are two seasons that no West Ham fan will want to miss, especially since the Club’s Board have committed to make significant funds available this summer to strengthen the squad, so as to say goodbye to the Boleyn Ground on a high, and assemble a team to match their ambitions for the magnificent new Stadium on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
The deposit you have put down for your 2015/16 Season Ticket will be deducted from your full renewal price, the outstanding balance for which is due to be paid by 4pm on Sunday 31 May. Failure to meet this deadline will result in your seat being released for sale and you will lose your priority status for the new Stadium.
Given your tremendous loyalty to West Ham and the substantial financial commitment you have made in supporting the Club over the years, West Ham’s Board are keen to ensure you have every opportunity to meet that payment deadline. In particular, if cost or timing issues are causing you any difficulties, we would be keen to discuss how we can help.
Demand for Season Tickets is currently running at a record high, with a lengthy waiting list for the final year at the Boleyn Ground and a growing priority list for seats in the new Stadium. But, despite that demand, it is important for the West Ham Board that loyal supporters such as yourself do not miss out, and are able to take a full part in the historic seasons to come.

- Pay online, by going to www.whufcboxoffice.com and logging in using your Season Ticket client reference number
- Visit the Boleyn Ground Ticket Office in person
- Pay by post (cheques and postal orders), addressed to West Ham Ticket Office, Boleyn Ground, Green Street, London, E13 9AZ, quoting your Season Ticket client reference number;
