Aston Villa 1-2 West Ham United
14 January 2006
West Ham battled back from a goal down to see off Aston Villa and end a run of three Premier League defeats at Villa Park.
The Hammers fell behind when Lee Hendrie headed Jlloyd Samuel's cross past Roy Carroll in the visitors' goal with 27 minutes on the clock.
The away side summoned a response in the second half though and Bobby Zamora brought them level when he powered a header past Thomas Sorensen after 51 minutes.
A winner arrived through Marlon Harewood as the striker converted a penalty after Mark Delaney had been adjudged to have handled Hayden Mullins' shot. Harewood sent Sorensen the wrong way from the spot to give the Hammers all three points.
West Ham United 4-0 Aston Villa
12 September 2005
A Marlon Harewood hat-trick inspired the newly promoted Hammers to a thumping victory over Aston Villa.
The big striker grabbed the first three goals before Yossi Benayoun completed the rout after 89 minutes.
The Hammers would go onto reach the FA Cup final and finish ninth in the league whilst Villa flirted with relegation before finishing 16th.
Aston Villa 0-2 West Ham United
18 March 1995

The Hammers had slipped down the table following a run of three games without a win but goals from Don Hutchinson and John Moncur secured a valuable three points at Villa Park.
West Ham would go onto finish in a relatively comfortable 14th place whilst their opponents avoided the drop by the skin of their teeth, finishing 18th.
Aston Villa 1-2 West Ham United
7 February 1966
The Hammers were in the midst of a hectic season when they travelled to the Midlands to play Aston Villa in 1966.
The Club were involved on all fronts as they were still in the FA Cup, European Cup Winners Cup and had reached the final of the League Cup after demolishing Cardiff City 10-3 in the semi-final.
A 5-0 defeat to Leeds United just two days earlier did little to affect the visitors as goals from John Sissons and Geoff Hurst saw them get back to winning ways.
Aston Villa 2-3 West Ham United
31 March 1965
West Ham United racked up three straight wins as they overcame Villa in a five-goal thriller 49 years ago.
Johnny Byrne had scored in a 3-0 win in the reverse fixture earlier in the season and the striker was on target once again to help his side to another victory.
There were also goals for Brian Dear and Geoff Hurst as a hard fought victory at Villa Park was claimed.
Aston Villa 2-4 West Ham United
9 September 1961
A positive start to the 1961/62 season for the Hammers continued as they found their shooting boots to down Aston Villa in another goal-laden encounter.
The third win in seven league matches arrived courtesy of two goals from John Dick and one each from Alan Sealey and Tony Scott.
The Villans would get their revenge exactly a month later as they knocked the Hammers out of the League Cup, although West Ham again triumphed in the reverse league fixture, scoring a 2-0 win.
Aston Villa 1-5 West Ham United
2 April 1927
West Ham United's biggest ever away win against Aston Villa came towards the end of the 1926/27 season.
The fact that the Hammers struck five goals past the Villans came as little surprise to the away support who had watched their side score 17 goals in their last four outings, including a 7-0 win against Arsenal.
Vic Watson scored twice with a goal each for Stanley Earle, Joseph Johnson and Jimmy Ruffell on another goal fest for the Hammers.
