Top of the agenda was Wednesday’s visit of Barclays Premier League leaders Chelsea and their colourful manager Jose Mourinho, while the development of young players, the benefits of warm-weather training and Saturday’s defeat by Crystal Palace also provoked lively debate.
One area where the panel was unanimous in agreement, however, was the members’ nomination of their Hammer of the Year so far.
