Elliot Lee played 72 minutes in Luton Town’s 2-0 win over Accrington Stanley. The striker set up Luton’s second goal when he laid a ball off for Luke Guttridge to lash home. Before Lee was substituted, he could have won his side a penalty when he looked to be fouled in the box.
Fellow West Ham United loanee Sean Maguire was also involved in this game, coming on in the 82nd minute for Stanley.
Raphael Spiegel played the full game in Carlisle United’s 2-0 defeat away at Southend United. Michael Timlin opened the scoring with an impressive 20-yard shot before Barry Corr’s volley sealed the victory.
