I am buzzing for next season but I’m just focusing on this season for now. We’ve got to live for the moment because once it’s gone, it’s gone. So for now I’m just savouring the moment at Upton Park.

This season has been pretty perfect to be honest. Obviously, these two injuries to Diafra Sakho and Payet are major, major blows for the next couple of months. Let’s see if we can get through the Christmas period and come out on top.

Before the injuries I’d have been looking at sixth place, but now that we’ve had a couple of bad injuries, I’d be happy with eighth.

I’m loving it under Slaven, I like the way he is, his passion, I like that he wears a suit. I’m really enjoying him at the minute as a manager and it’s nice obviously because he’s ex-West Ham  and it’s all a bit more like it’s a whole family. The owners are West Ham and Julian Dicks is smashing it with us as well. It’s great to see.

The West Ham that I’m following now, I expect to us win at these teams! If we’re away to a big team, then I expect us to win, because that seems to be what we do lately. So I’m looking for the three points against Manchester United.

European football at the new Stadium? 100 million per cent, but that will all come in time. Obviously it’s a transitional period, we’ve just got a new manager and we’re going to be moving to a new Stadium. So we can’t just expect to sit there and click our fingers.

It’s a building process and hopefully we can crack on this season. Then, next season, we’ll crack on even more and do big things.  We’re all behind the team and fingers crossed it all goes well.

We’ve actually signed some proper talented players that aren’t normally here. Now we’ve Payet, Sakho, Manuel Lanzini.

Lanzini’s shining. He’s doing really well. He hasn’t got the strength yet to be what Payet is, getting the ball down, getting hit and taking on the tackles, but he’s got everything else. He just needs to build a bit of strength I think.

It will be amazing to have that lot at the new Stadium, it will be absolutely amazing. If we could sign another top class striker to go along with it and I think we’ll be flying with Sakho, Lanzini, Cheikhou Kouyate, Mark Noble, Alex Song, it just goes on. I love it and it’s exciting.
