West Ham United Foundation is delighted to announce a delivery partnership with Park Holidays which will see Foundation coaches provide Soccer Skills programmes across their nationwide sites.
Foundation coaches will deliver high quality football provision to boys and girls across all Park Holidays camps between April – August 2015.
Players from each session will be selected to take part in a WHU Foundation finals day, which will take place at the Foundation’s home in Beckton, east London on 29th August. From the finals day, two players will be selected for a trial at the West Ham United pre-Academy Development Centre.
Foundation Football Development Manager Bryan Glover spoke of his delight at the new partnership.
“This is a fantastic time for the Foundation and gives us great pleasure to be working with Park Holidays once again. To have the opportunity to tour around various holiday camps and deliver football sessions to holiday makers is a great experience for all of our coaching staff. This is a programme that we are very keen to develop and replicate where possible in the future.”
Park Holidays Entertainment Consultant Roger Allen was keen to build on the previous years' successful delivery.
“Park Holidays are delighted to be involved with the West Ham United Foundation once again and are pleased to be extending the Soccer Skills programme to our Holiday Parks in Devon. The courses in years gone by have not only been excellent for the children but the parents really get involved too and the coaches are always first class.”
