FT: Dev Squad 1-1 Millwall Penalties: Dev Squad 8-7 Millwall

The Dev Squad prgress to the Quarter Finals of the Premier League Cup after overcoming MIllwall on penalties. We'll have reaction soon.

ET: 90+31: Millwall have a corner right at the end...which Bywater clears off the line. The ref blows for full time and we're going to have a penalty shoot out!

ET: 90+30: And they almost get it! Bywater fires just over from the edge of the box after excellent work from Nasha and Lletget.

ET: 90+29: Last chance for someone to make themselves a hero. The Hammers are looking to create one more opportunity.

ET: 90+27: Just a few minutes to go. A frantic end to a tense game.

ET 90+24: 1-1. The Dev Squad have done it! Jaanai Gordon rises high to head home a brilliant cross from Lletget.

ET 90+22: 0-1 Millwall. No10 Fred Onyedinma slots home from close range after losing his man. The Dev Squad have just under eight minutes to respond.

ET 90+21: Millwall's Alfie Pavey turns and shoots on the edge of the box. His effort has the pace but not the accuracy and it sails wide harmlessly.

ET 90+18: Mavila is looking sharp after coming on late into the game. His pace is causing the Millwall defence real problems. If the Hammers are going to get a winner it'll come down his wing.

ET 90+16: Into the second half of extra time now. West Ham are through but the ref pulls it back for a foul in the build up.

ET 90+15: Gordon goes close after a stray pass to the keeper. The angle is very tight and he can only fire into the side netting.

ET 90+12: Few handbags between Lletget and the Millwall defenders. The striker isn't happy after he feels he was fouled in the box. The Millwall players don't react kindly to his shout for a penalty.

ET: 90+10: The pace of the game may have dropped but the intensity and desire is plain to see. Whitehead wins a header he has no right to before Nasha executes an inch perfect tackle.

ET: 90+8: Kieran Bywater has run non-stop all game, setting a great example as captain. His workrate has been second to none.

ET: 90+6: Free kick to Millwall near the corner flag to be taken by Thompson. His delivery is good and cleared for a corner. A spell of pressure from the visitors.

ET 90+3: Nathan Mavila is on for Makasi. The pacey wing back is playing further up the pitch as a winger.

ET 90+1: Millwall get us under way in the first half of extra time.

90: The referee blows his whistle signalling 30 minutes of extra time. A tight game so far that could still go either way.

87: Bywater's corner is floated in but kepper Tom King collects calmly.

85: A few tired legs out on the pitch now. Can either team find a goal? Surely be the winner if they do.

81: The visitors hit the post through winher Anthony Jeffrey after a cross evades everybody and falls to the No11 at the back post.

79: Millwall go close to opening the scoring through a Pask header back to Howes. It catches him out but rolls past the post.

77: Millwall have a good chance from the corner. Howes comes for the cross, clattering two Millwall players in the process. They want a penalty yet Nelson has the ball but fires over the open goal. Better composure needed.

76: Corner to Millwall after Sadlier blocks a cross. Jaanai Gordon is about to enter the fray in place of Kieran Sadlier.

73: We could be heading for extra time if this keeps up. Still a number of fouls being awarded while neither side has created many chances in this second half.

70: The game has gone a bit scrappy all of a sudden. A string of petty fouls has slowed the the pace of the game down.

67: West Ham call for a penalty as Makasi's burst into the box is ended after he's taken down. The referee argues that the midfielder had already crossed the ball but it was a late challenge.

65: Millwall respond with an attack of their own yet it eventually comes to nothing.

63: Another good move from the Hammers who have been the better side this half. Makasi and Whitehead combine to set Bywater down the right. His cross is met firmly by Sadlier who leaps high but the loops over.

62: Substitute for the Hammers as Amos Nasha replaces Ben Marlow.

60: Another stoppage is play Sofiane El Bekri comes off worse after a 50/50 challenge with Ben Marlow. The young midfielder is in a lot of pain and has had to be stretchered off. We wish him a speedy recovery.

58: Onyedinma is through on goal but his effort is scuffed and easily saved.

56: Onariase is ruled to have fouled his man. Another whipped cross comes in which Howes does very well to read and then parry away. Not the first time he's saved his team today.

54: Outrageous rabona from Sadlier! The shear audacity of it. Unfortunately no one was on hand to head it home.

53: Great tackle by Ben Marlow ends a promising run from Jeffrey. Down the other end Sadlier's cross has too much on it and goes out of play.

51: Manny Onariase rises highest to head clear a whipped free kick. The centre-back lept like a salmon to clear the danger.

49: We're back under way with a drop kick. Pask is still off the field but it looks as though he's OK to carry on.

48: Josh Pask is on the floor after a nasty collision of heads at a free kick. That one looked like it hurt.

46: Millwall want a penalty as Onyedinma falls in the box. Referee Ian Cooper quite rightly says 'No chance'.

HT: Just a reminder that should this game end goalless we'll have 30 minutes of extra before a dreaded penalty shoot out. Plenty of time before that though and we're back under way.

HT: The Hammers are back out on the pitch early making sure they're properly warmed up and ready for the second half. Still waiting for Millwall to rejoin us.

46: Last action of the half sees Jeffrey fire wide in a pulsating game at Rush Green. The Hammers have enoyed more of the ball yet Millwall have enoyed the greater chances and really should've be leading.

45: Superb move by the Hammers, pulling the visitors this way and that. Fanimo's cross field ball is excellent, as is Bywater's touch. His cross is cut out well by Sid Nelson.

43: Great block from Sam Westley who throws himself infront of O'Brien's effort.

41: Bit of an enquiry going on at the Hammers' defence as Powell is able to fire another shot at goal. This one floats harmlessly over.

38: Howes is rightly not very happy with the protection in front of him. Immediately after that warning sign, O'Brien has a go from the edge of the box which falls just wide.

36: Superb save from Sam Howes, justifying his recent call up to the England U18 squad. Fred Onyedinma is through on goal yet the 'keeper gets strong hands and pushes it round the post.

33: Sadlier's pace is causing the Millwall defence real problems. He cuts in and beats his man again. The shot curls agonizingly close to far corner. What a good goal that would have been.

31: A brief stoppage in play as Bywater recieves treatment for a knock on his ankle. The captain is back on his feet and OK to carry on.

29: Millwall have a second great chance to score as Thompson bursts into the box. His shot goes just wide of the left hand post. A big let off for the hosts.

27: Sadlier runs on to a loose ball around 25 yards out but he blazes over. Worth a try but it would have taken something special from there.

26: From the resulting free kick, Westley delievers a good ball into the box. That man Lletget tries an audacious overhead kick which doesn't quite come off. Excellent effort however.

25: Lletget's trickery is too much for Ben Thompson who cuts him down cynically. The referee is leniant and doesn't award a yellow card.

23: Anthoy Jeffrey bursts down the left wing and cuts in to fire a fierce, swerving drive at goal. Howes gathers at the second attempt.

21: Superb battling from Moses Makasi in the midfield sets Bywater down the right flank. His cross is met by Marlow but the keeper clutches easily.

19: Seconds later Millwall should break the deadlock. Onariase misstimes a header which falls to Aiden O'Brien, however his effort is straight at the onrushing Sam Howes.

18: Another good interception from Pask as Millwall look to set striker Anthony Jeffrey through. A crucial intervention as the No11 would have been clean through on goal.

15: Sadlier's deep free kick is headed by Keaton Wood. Millwall's superior height advantage is limiting the Hammers' aerial chances.

13: West Ham are back on the attack. Lletget puts the keepr under pressure forcing a throw in. Sadlier and Marlow combine to work an opening from which Marlow's shot is blocked by the defender.

11: Free kick to Millwall in a very dangerous position. Onariase ajudged to have tripped Ben Thompson on the edge of the area. Jack Powell takes the shot but he bends it over Sam Howes' left hand post.

10: Millwall's Jack Powell fires over from distance after Makasi's headed clearance falls for him. The ball sat up and was asking to be hit but the execution wasn't quite there.

8: Manny Onariase has the ball in the back of the net but the referee had already blown for offside. A good start from the Hammers.

7: Matthias Fanimo gets round the back and drills a low cross into the six yard box. The cross is out for corner which is header away.

5: Good interception by Josh Pask as he outmuscles two Millwall attackers. Good defending from the young centre back as the counter attack was on for the visitors.

3: Kieran Sadlier's attempted cross is blocked and out for a throw in. The Dev Squad are enjoying more possession and territory early in the first half.

1: As you'd expect it's a frantic start to match. No one's missing any tackles today, neither side has got the ball down and under control as of yet.

The teams are walking out onto the pitch and the pre-match handshakes are underway. We're all set for a great game here. Midfielder Kieran Bywater is captain today and he's won the toss. West Ham will get us under way, kicking left to right.

Just under 15 minutes till kick off here at Rush Green. Millwall will be playing in an all yellow kit while the Hammers are wearing their traditional Claret and Blue.

Both teams are out on the field on warming up. It's a chilly day here at Rush Green but temperatures are sure to rise come kick off.

The Dev Squad go into today's game full of confidence after beating PSV Eindhoven's youth team, Jong PSV, 2-1 in their Premier League International Cup match last Wednesday. Goals from Kieran Bywater and Kieran Sadlier see the Hammers recover after an early set back.
