West Ham United U18s striker Djair Parfitt-Williams is looking to continue to his good run of form against Leicester City this Saturday.
The Bermudan born forward has been in fine fettle, scoring three goals so far this season and helping the U18s to third in the Barclays U18 Premier League South Group in the process.
The Hammers, who travel to Leicester City on Saturday 22 November, have also had a fantastic start to the season and sit a point above West Ham with 20 points from ten games.
Speaking ahead of the match, Parfitt-Williams is confident his team can triumph at the weekend: "My form has been decent recently. I think I can still keep going, I mean, you can always get better. I've scored some good goals and gave some assists, so I'm happy.
"We started realyl well. We were unbeaten for eight or nine games at the start of the season. We then lost two games but overall we've done very well so far.
"I think we've done well defensively this season, we haven't conceded many goals while we have some good players up front."
Parfitt-Williams' strike partner Jordan Brown has also been in fantastic form, scoring six goals in eight games before picking up an injury. The prolific striker is still out but should return to training in the coming days.
Out of Parfitt-Williams' three goals this season, the 18-year-old chose his effort against Brighton and Hove Albion as the pick of the bunch.
"I think my goal against Brighton is the stand out goal so far. I went past a couple of players and put it in the top corner."
Looking ahead to the match with the Foxes, Parfitt-Williams is anticipating a tough game.
"Last time we played Leicester they were really aggressive. They liked tackling a lot. It's going to be a hard game and we need to do well to win.
"As for my aims for the rest of the season I want to carry on scoring as many goals as I can. Another goal is to start for U21s this season and then become a regular player. Hopefully soon I'll catch the first team.
"I just want to keep on getting better, keep improving personally and see how far I can go."
West Ham United U18s play away at Leicester City on Saturday 22 November, kick off is at 12pm.
