West Ham United skipper Kevin Nolan believes West Ham United can have their say in upsetting the odds and causing one final title twist in an intriguing Barclays Premier League season.
The Hammers travel to Manchester City with the Citizens having to win to guarantee the championship.
Liverpool are waiting to pounce should the Hammers pull off a surprise result and the No4 insists they will be giving their all to end the season on a high.
"It's brilliant to be involved in a final day game like this," he said. "I had one a few years ago when Man United and Chelsea were going for the title.
"We played Chelsea away when I was at Bolton, we drew 1-1 with them and Matty Taylor scored. I could see all those top players at Chelsea, that there was a lot of anxiety there.
"They had to win to make sure they had a chance of winning the title and they didn't.
"We want to go to City and get more points on the board. That's the be all and end all. We wanted to get as close to our points total as last year - we're written off at the moment, but I think we have a good foundation to go and upset the odds."
