Scott Parker was voted Hammer of the Year for 2008/09 by West Ham United's supporters.
The dynamic midfielder picked up his award following the 2-1 Barclays Premier League victory over Middlesbrough at the Boleyn Ground.
England international Parker, who received his award from West Ham United Supporters' Club representative Gary Osborne, had been a revelation, scoring one goal in 32 league and cup appearances.
He was voted whufc.com player of the month an unprecedented three times in a row for his performances throughout January, February and March.
The 28-year-old was also presented with the E.ON Player of the Round award for his performance in the FA Cup fourth round win at Hartlepool United and an assortment of man-of-the-match awards following West Ham's live televised fixtures.
More than 10,000 fans voted in the poll which saw Parker become the 34th West Ham United great to pick up the prestigious trophy and the eleventh different winner in the last eleven seasons.
Robert Green, who won the award in 2007/08, was voted runner-up this time around, with Matthew Upson and Herita Ilunga also receiving a large amount of support.
Jack Collison picked up the Young Player of the Year award after being chosen by Academy Director Tony Carr MBE. The Wales international only made his first appearance of the season at the end of October when he came on as a half-time substitute against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
