West Ham United Community Sports Trust is gearing up for a bumper summer of Soccer Schools.
Spanning some five weeks of the school holiday, as many as a dozen venues across east London and Essex will play host to Player Development Courses.
Open to children of all abilities aged between three and 15, these courses provide a safe, friendly and enjoyable environment for youngsters to improve their football skills.
Participants will receive a West Ham United certificate and medal, while Academy scouts and coaches are to attend each and every venue. Recent holiday programmes have seen several youngsters referred to the Club's famed Academy!
Advanced Goalkeeping Courses are on offer too, though they will only run at Beckton.
Aiming to provide maximum flexibility for parents, guardians and the youngsters themselves, participants can attend single days if preferable, or book full weeks.
Prices start from £18 for a single day, while the full week comes at a discounted rate of just £70.
As for the toddlers, bespoke Mini Dribblers courses cater for three-five-year-olds, running at each and every venue from 10am until midday. A single day is priced at just £9, with the full week costing £40.
Please note that owing to the August Bank Holiday the final week will begin on Tuesday 26 August. The four-day week will therefore cost £56 for Player Development Courses and £31 for Mini Dribblers.
Children are asked to bring a packed lunch and plenty to drink, as well as appropriate footwear, shin pads and suitable clothing in the event of bad weather. All coaching staff are FA qualified, CRB checked and trained in emergency first aid and child protection.
