The Hammers then completed the turnaround as Mo Diame clipped over a cross from the right for Modibo Maiga to leap high and plant a header into the bottom left hand corner.
Joe Cole v West Bromwich Albion
Our third nomination comes from Joe Cole, who gave the Hammers an early lead against West Bromwich Albion by firing home at the near post after bursting on to Kevin Nolan's pass.

The Academy side's superb run continued as Kieran Bywater notched against Leicester City, finishing across the goalkeeper and into the top left hand corner.
