West Ham United 5-2 Leeds United
Division Two
6 February 1954

The Hammers got their FA Cup exit just three days earlier firmly out of their system as they returned to home comforts, smashing Leeds United at the Boleyn Ground.

Ted Fenton's side put on an exhibition in front of their own crowd, with two goals from Tommy Dixon helping the home side on their way.

Further goals from Harry Hooper, John Dick and Jimmy Andrews (pictured) compounded Leeds' misery as the Hammers completed the double over their opponents.
