Hello everybody,
We are all looking forward to Saturday's game at Sunderland because the last week was excellent for us. We got nine points in three hard games and now we have another chance to get another three points.
The team deserves to be in this position because we are showing every week that we can play well. Every game in the Premier League is tough and Sunderland will be no exception.
I'm happy with how we're defending, but I would be more happy with clean sheets! Sometimes it is impossible to save shots, but we need the mentality to keep the clean sheets because if you do you only need to score one goal to win the game.
We have come back from losing positions in the last two games and it's good for us because we've been playing well and keeping control of the games.
We kept going with hard work and managed to turn it around. We hope for another good match on Saturday to keep our run going.
The West Ham fans are great and it's going to be fantastic to be cheered on by close to 2,000 fans on Saturday.
They travel long distances and we need to win the three points for them and for us.
Finally we had our Christmas lunch at the training ground on Thursday. It was great and everybody's happy and we need to enjoy this moment,.
Players, staff and all the people here - it's a happy place!
