West Ham United continue to see strong interest in Club London, the high-end hospitality offering at the newly converted Olympic Stadium. Memberships for The Forge 1895 lounge have now sold out only weeks after going on sale and the Club are also reporting demand for their new Executive Boxes is exceeding availability.
In response, the Club will bring forward the release of another brand new hospitality area, 'The Great Briton'. This space pays tribute to West Ham's major medal winners and the British champions of London 2012. Elegant and sophisticated in style, the Great Briton includes a bar, lounge area and restaurant offering breath-taking panoramic views of London with accompanying halfway line seats located in the upper tier.
West Ham United Vice-Chairman Karren Brady said: "We are extremely pleased with the response we have had from supporters since launching Club London in September and are very grateful to those that have already committed themselves to being part of our exciting journey. The designs and specifications of Club London will set a new benchmark in UK sport and I look forward to welcoming all of our new members to our first game in Stratford in 2016."
The stunning VIP Areas will be located in the West Stand of the newly-configured Stadium, beautifully constructed to deliver hospitality and entertainment experiences that will set a new standard for the Barclays Premier League.
Each of the Club London's restaurants, lounges and bars has been refined with bespoke interiors inspired by West Ham's rich heritage and the triumphs that have taken place in the stylish and cutting-edge East of London.
Members enter through their own dedicated VIP entrance and once inside can enjoy some of the Stadium's best views across London, luxury seating and facilities and some of the finest food on offer from world-leading chefs.
To help manage the high demand from supporters an offer an experience to remember, the Club have opened a dedicated Reservation Centre in Westfield, just a short walk from the new Stadium. There, every current corporate member and Season Ticket Holder will be offered an appointment with a dedicated advisor to help them chose the right seat for their needs and budget.
The Club have employed the expertise of market-leading CGI firms IO-Media and I-Create 3D to develop cgi renderings of the new stadium as well as to create a Virtual Venue programme that allows supporters to take in the view from their proposed seat in the new Stadium. The first of its kind in use in the UK, it enables fans to navigate the seating bowl of the stadium to check out the sightlines and surroundings before selecting their new seat for the 2016/17 season.
While space for Club London will be limited, supporters wishing to apply for membership can do so by joining the waiting list.
