West Ham United were quickly settled into their new surroundings in Glucksburg in the north of Germany following their arrival on Saturday night.
Sunday kicked-off with fast-paced bike ride along the coast before a much more intense football session in the afternoon. In scorching conditions, assistant manager Neil McDonald put the group through a tough small-sided game before the players returned to their hotel for a cool down in the sea.
