96: Collison has a go this time and Lloris cannot hold on initially. He gets the ball and clears, but it's too little too late for Spurs as the ball bounces behind for a West Ham goal kick. Adrian clears and that's it! West Ham have won! Obviously I knew what was going to happen (see the entry for 81)! Wow. Wow! Unbelievable scenes. The Hammers fans are singing their hearts out. We're going to the semi-finals of the Capital One Cup! The draw is coming up shortly...
95: The free-kick is cleared and Morrison is momentarily through from Diame's pass. Morrison loses out but Maiga picks up on halfway, makes 20 yards and smashes a shot against the crossbar!
94: Ninety seconds to go and Collins is penalised for pulling Defoe on the left. This is dangerous.
93: Less than three minutes of added time to be played. Spurs concede a free-kick as Dembele fouls a claret and blue shirt. The ball is pumped forward and Maiga wins another flick on. Diame latches on and hits the side-netting from an acute angle.
92: Adrian makes a flying save to deny Sigurdsson low to his left. Rat clears. Spurs piling on the pressure. Collison concedes a throw.
91: Five minutes of added time will be played...
90: Less than 60 seconds of normal time remaining. Spurs in possession...
88: Less than three minutes of normal time remaining. Diame tracks and concedes a throw off Fryers. Defoe is caught as he passes forward but Spurs play on. Lennon tries to run past Jarvis but he makes a superb sliding challenge on the winger. Jarvis has been outstanding at both ends of the pitch tonight.
87: Spurs are going to throw everyone forward now. Defoe's shot hits Collins and goes wide. From the corner, Sigurdsson's shot hits Taylor and goes just wide! The next corner comes over and Dembele is penalised for holding.
85: GOAL! MAIGA HEADS IN! Diame crosses high and Spurs think it's gone out. It hasn't. Jarvis keeps it in and finds Morrison. He is patient and finds Diame again wide right. The No21 takes a touch and picks out Maiga at the far post. The No11 nods the ball down and it nestles inside the far post. Amazing stuff.
84: Wow! Diame loses out in his own half and Defoe plays Chadli in. He is clean through but O'Brien gets back superbly to challenge and the ball hits Chadli on the shin and rolls into the arms of Adrian. Superb defending.
82: The 4,200 travelling Hammers are singing their hearts out to my right. They properly enjoyed that Jarvis goal. It's the winger's first since the Premier League home win over Wigan on 20 April.
81: Maiga has won every header since he came on. He is something else in the air, is the No11. Now, let's see him head a winner...
80: GOAL! JARVIS! Maiga wins a flick-on from Adrian's long free-kic forward and Taylor controls. He turns and threads a perfect ball through for Jarvis, who thumps the first-time left-foot finish high into the net. Great finish.
78: Adebayor is replaced by Holtby. The Spurs fans applaud their goal-scorer off. It's Diarra who is replaced by Morrison. Diarra has done well tonight. He's broken up play well and kept it simple.
77: After a stoppage, Adrian launches long and Maiga flicks on again for Taylor. He shoots first-time with his right foot and tests Lloris low to his right. The France international holds on.
75: Lewis Holtby will be on for Spurs soon, as will Ravel Morrison for West Ham.
74: A loose clearance across the Tottenham 18-yard box falls perfectly for Taylor. He catches the shot flush and it's heading into the bottom corner until Lloris flies to his left to parry the ball away.
73: Townsend takes a whack and he's replaced by Chadli.
71: Taylor is back on, as is Walker. The cross comes over from the left, Maiga flicks it on and Diame smacks his own volley goalwards. Lloris dives to his right to save. Big chance for the substitute moments after his introduction.
70: Diame is on for Joe Cole.
68: West Ham had defended so well and it was always going to take a bit of broken play for Spurs to break them down. The Hammers try to respond but O'Brien's is headed clear as Taylor challenges Walker. Both men need the physio on for a clash of heads.
67: Goal! Would you believe it. The corner is cleared as far as Defoe by Townsend. Defoe flies down the left wing and gets to the byline before clipping a cross that is perfect for Adebayor to power the volley in from ten yards. It's unstoppable and thuds in off the underside of the crossbar. West Ham have counter-attacked all night and now they've been undone by Spurs counter.
66: Jarvis has been at it tonight and he wins the ball back before prodding it forward for Maiga, who rides one challenge before winning a corner.
65: Maiga has his coat on for five seconds before taking it off again and replacing Carlton Cole.
65: Maiga puts his coat back on. Spurs have a corner as sustained attack ends with Adebayor's shot being deflected behind. Carlton Cole heads the corner clear as far as Collison, who finds Joe Cole, who wins a throw.
63: Carlton's run a moment or two ago might have earned him some more time on the pitch as Maiga has sat down again in his No11 shirt. On the pitch, Joe Cole crosses low for Jarvis, but Walker hacks out for a throw.
62: Rose is gong off. Fryers comes on. He's featured in the Barclays Premier League and UEFA Europa League this season, as well as the Capital One Cup. Walker smashes the free-kick miles off target.
61: Jarvis is clattered as he sends a ball for Carlton to run onto. The big forward gets there, beats one man and then tries to get the cross in, but Lloris is out to dive at the feet of two players - one from each side - to collect. Spurs counter and Diarra is booked for a foul on Rose.
58: O'Brien brings the ball forward and is fouled. Maiga is called back to the dugout for a chat. Taylor whips over a superb curling free-kick and it just beats O'Brien's run at the far post. Goal kick. Taylor knew that was close to being a cracking ball for the full-back.
56: Maiga and Diame continue to warm-up on the touchline as Spurs attack. Rose collects 30 yards out and smacks a shot high into the stand. Ironic cheers from the visiting fans.
54: Collins re-starts the game by belting it back to Lloris, but he gets a bit too much on it and Lloris has to back-pedal and claw the ball away. He didn't mean it, of course, by our old friend Freund decides to get up and gesticulate at Big Sam, then he sits down and gesticulates at Neil McDonald. Big Sam smiles.
52: Thrilling stuff as Walker bursts forward at pace. His shot hits Defoe and spins left for Lennon. His clipped cross is controlled by Sigurdsson, but he cannot get his shot away cleanly and Rat is able to clear high into the night. The ball comes down after Mr Swarbrick has blown for a stoppage as McCartney is down. Carlton lets the ball drop and it hits Rose right where it hurts. Painful.
52: Maiga and Diame are out there warming-up. Is Big Sam tempted to make some early changes? Collins lifts a free-kick long into the box and Taylor battles, but he cannot prevent the goal kick.
50: Adrian claims the corner and fires a drop kick upfield. Joe Cole judges it better than Lennon and controls. Jarvis is free to his left, having sprinted forward, but Cole cannot quite get the pass away in time and it is cut out. That's a shame. Jarvis was initially in acres of space in the middle of the pitch.
49: Steffen Freund is shouting and gesticulating from the Spurs bench. He likes to shout and gesticulate, it appears. Spurs win another corner as Lennon's shot takes a deflection off McCartney and spins wide.
48: The weather has got worse since the first half ended. The wind is now driving the rain down even harder.
46: West Ham win the ball from Spurs almost straight from the kick-off and Jarvis carries it down the left. His initial cross is blocked by Walker before Taylor finds him again. This time, he can deliver but Lloris is there to punch clear bravely above Carlton Cole.

47: That's half-time. Spurs have dominated possession for long periods, but they have yet to seriously test Adrian. Sure, the hosts have come close, but they haven't really opened West Ham up at all. It's been a superb rearguard action from Big Sam's men so far. As the half wore on, the attacking confidence grew and the passing combinations started to come off. We'll see how we go after the break. Join us then.
46: We're into the one minute of added time. Spurs probing... Townsend has two crosses, one with each foot, but West Ham clear their lines. Finally, Lennon crosses low for Defoe and he volleys high over the top.
44: Good interplay involving Carlton Cole, Jarvis and Taylor ends with the No14 winning a throw on the near side. It comes to nothing as a low ball into the box is cleared.
42: Spurs' sixth corner arrives courtesy of a fantastic sliding challenge by Diarra on Adebayor. Great timing from the Frenchman, who had tracked the striker's run after he played a one-two on the edge of the box.
40: It would be superb if the atmosphere was like this at every match. Non-stop singing. Quality. The West Ham fans break from their song to give Adebayor a cheer as his shot from Walker's cut-back ends up ten rows back... in the Upper Tier!
38: West Ham did have to weather an early storm - in the football sense - and they did so. Now, they need to hold on to this clean sheet until half-time. The Hammers have improved as the half has gone on, in an attacking sense. Adebayor and Defoe combine, but the Togo man overhits his pass right to Lennon. Goal kick.
36: Carlton Cole tests Lloris with a low shot after he had won the initial header and the ball had been played back to him by Jarvis. It's more of a side-footer, but it's on target and the Frenchman dives low to his left to hold on.
36: The West Ham male (and female) voice choir break into a chorus that involves something about lasagne...
35: The hosts try another ball inside Rat to Lennon, but McCartney covers across and clears for a throw. The Northern Irishman has been solid as a rock so far. Moments later, Defoe shoots low from 25 yards and Adrian holds on and clutches the ball to his chest.
33: The West Ham fans are making a right racket to my right. They're singing a song about a game when 'Spurs went three-nil down'. Do you remember that one? On the pitch, Adebayor is booked for dissent following a foul given against him just inside the Spurs half.
31: Another free-kick on halfway for Collins. He seeks out Carlton again and the striker wins it, but Taylor is flagged offside as he jumps with Lloris. The goalkeeper catches, anyhow.
30: Joe Cole and Taylor do well in midfield before O'Brien gets down the right and seeks out Carlton with his cross. The No24 wins it, but Chiriches is a tad quicker to the bouncing ball and clears. Better from the visitors. Still 0-0...
28: Diarra wins another free-kick on halfway. Collins seeks him out with the set piece, but the angle is wrong and Walker watches the ball go out for a goal kick. Big Sam is not impressed.
26: Big Sam isn't happy again. Diarra is penalised for fouling Defoe. 'He got the ball' the manager shouts at the fourth official. That's spiced things up a bit, though, as a couple more meaty challenges fly in. West Ham win a free-kick from the third one in midfield. Collins lifts the ball long again and Carlton wins the header. Jarvis finds Taylor, but his cross hits Capoue on the head and loops into the hands of Lloris.
25: West Ham can relieve at least some of the pressure as Carlton does well to hold off two Spurs defenders and win a free-kick on halfway. Collins lifts the ball into the box and Carlton fouls Lloris.
23: The first half is half gone and it's still 0-0. Spurs have enjoyed the vast majority of the ball - 70 per cent at the last look - but they have yet to test Adrian with a shot on target. Weather report: It's absolutely belting it down.
21: Carlton Cole tries to lead a counter, but his crossfield pass for Jarvis is too low and is cut out. Meanwhile, Collins is caught clearing the ball a few seconds earlier and Big Sam is angry with the officials for not taking any action against Adebayor.
18: Another Spurs shot off target as the bouncing ball inside the box sits up for a volley. Defoe swings his left foot at it and sends the shot high over the crossbar.
17: Spurs probing hard for an opening. All six of their shots have been off target so far. They have also had five corners. West Ham are organised and are holding firm so far, but they can't defend for the whole 90 minutes.
15: Spurs have another corner as Carlton volleys a free-kick into the box behind. Sigurdsson takes and West Ham clear their box, but it's only a temporary respite for the Hammers,
14: Walker halts a counter-attack by holding off Jarvis. He then plays a one-two with Lloris and brings the ball forward himself before trying to thread in Lennon. Rat is just about able to slide and block the pass.
12: Tactically, it is 4-3-3 from West Ham as you might expect. Spurs have gone 4-4-2 with Defoe and Adebayor up top. Lennon is wide right, Townsend wide left with Dembele and Sigurdsson in the centre. So far, the 4-4-2 is producing more of an attacking threat as the ball hits O'Brien and goes behind for another Spurs corner.
11: Sigurdsson's corner is headed out by Diarra as far as Townsend, who makes for the left corner of the box before crossing. Adebayor rises and nods a looping header wide.
10: Carlton wins yet another header from an Adrian clearance. It skips off the turf and through to Lloris. Spurs counter and this time it's Dembele who wins a corner from McCartney. Sigurdsson takes and Collins heads behind again.
8: Spurs go within a yard again, and this time it is through Joey O'Brien, who inadvertantly knocks Lennon's cross inches past the upright. Some of the fans think it's in as the ball comes off the advertising board and hits the back of the netting. Corner. Adrian claims the set piece confidently.
7: Carlton Cole is causing problems for the Spurs centre-backs with his strength. He battles with Chiriches and the ball drops to Jarvis, who takes a touch and launches a shot that flies high over the top from 25 yards.
6: Adrian drives the ball upfield and Carlton wins a flick-on for Joe, but Rose shields the ball and it goes out for a goal kick.
5: Townsend runs at Collison, then holds off the No10 before cutting onto his favoured left foot. He shoots low and hard from 25 yards. The ball literally flies off the wet turf and thuds into the board a yard wide of the right-hand post before Adrian has even dived. Efforts narrowly wide of both uprights from Spurs already, then.
4: West Ham have an attacking throw down their right but it comes to nothing. Moments later, West Ham attack through the same channel and Cole and Cole combine, but they can't cook anything up.
2: Collison wins a tackle on halfway and Taylor and Jarvis combine down the left before the former's cross is scambled away. Lennon collects on the right and runs at Rat. The speedy winger goes outside Rat and crosses low. The initial shot from Sigurdsson is blocked before Defoe drags the follow-up a yard or two wide. So close for the former Hammer.
7.45pm - Matt Taylor and Jack Collison get the game started. It's pouring with rain here now. The atmosphere is electric!
7.44pm - West Ham will kick-off shooting towards the Paxton Road end of White Hart Lane...
7.40pm - Here come the teams, led by captains James Collins and Kyle Walker... The photographers are obsessed with getting a snap of Tim Sherwood. There must be 30 of them lined up in front of the benches, flashes flashing.
7.35pm - The two squads have headed back indoors. It's started to rain here at White Hart Lane and there is a blustery wind swirling around the place. Both sets of fans are already in good voice. Both of them have good reason to be eager for a positive result tonight...

West Ham's most-recent League Cup win over Spurs came on 2 December 1980, when David Cross netted in a 1-0 quarter-final win at the Boleyn. That season, the Hammers went on to reach the final...
6.55pm - So, West Ham make seven changes to the side. Just Collins, McCartney, Joe Cole and Jarvis retain their starting places. For Spurs, Sherwood makes six changes. Lloris, Walker, Capoue, Dembele and Lennon keep their places from Sunday's trouncing at the hands of Liverpool.

Good evening and welcome to White Hart Lane for tonight's Capital One Cup quarter-final between Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United.
Two-and-a-half months after our famous 3-0 Barclays Premier League victory here, we're going for a place in the semi-finals of the Capital One Cup for the first time since the 2010/11 season.
Three years ago, we defeated Manchester United 4-0 on a snowy night at the Boleyn Ground, with Carlton Cole scoring twice on an unforgettable evening. Cole is in the squad tonight, so what price a repeat? Well, our Betting Partner Sportingbet are not even offering a price on a 4-0 Hammers victory!

Spurs, of course, go into the match with Tim Sherwood in charge following the departure of Andre Villas Boas as manager on Monday. Tottenham were thrashed 5-0 here by Liverpool on Sunday, so will Sherwood be tempted to make wholesale changes to the starting XI?
He will definitely be without the suspended captain Michael Dawson and Brazil midfielder Paulinho, who was sent-off against Liverpool. Meanwhile, defensive midfielder Sandro has a calf injury.
Sam Allardyce also has selection issues to contend with. Centre-back James Tomkins has undergone a fitness test on a groin injury, while captain Kevin Nolan is suspended and centre-back Winston Reid (ankle), winger Stewart Downing (Achilles), strikers Andy Carroll (foot), Mladen Petric (calf) and Ricardo Vaz Te (shoulder) are all out.
Full-back Leo Chambers is in the squad after starting all three Capital One Cup ties so far this season, but he is the only inexperienced name in Big Sam's squad. The manager has promised to name a strong team and he will do just that.
