James Tomkins answered supporters questions in the latest issue of the West Ham United matchday programme.
The popular No5, who has been voted Man of the Match in each of the Hammers' previous two npower Championship home games, delved into the Fans' Mailbag for Saturday's visit of Doncaster Rovers.
Tomkins answered questions on a wide range of subjects, being asked what he eats for breakfast, the identity of the best forward he has marked this season, his ideal central defensive partner and why he dyed his hair blond as a teenager!
One question, posed by supporter James Kent on the club's official Facebook page, asked the defender who he believes are the club's brightest youngsters.
"I think Robert Hall has got very good potential," said Tomkins. "He's sharp every time he trains with us and has been when he's come on as a substitute for the first team. Young Pottsy [Dan Potts] has also stood out as well when he's played for us.
"Ravel Morrison is also a talented boy who is technically very good on the ball."
Tomkins' Fans' Mailbag was just one of a host of exclusive interviews and features to appear in Saturday's issue - the 20th of an exciting 2011/12 npower Championship season.
Also inside, Henri Lansbury discussed his recent heroics as an emergency goalkeeper and for England's Under-21 side, while Ian 'Moose' Abrahams spoke to Rufus Brevett and Academy youngster Pelly Ruddock is eyeing a bright future.
