Robert Hall started for England Under-19s as they beat France 2-1 to progress to the semi-finals of the European Champions in Estonia on Monday night.
The Young Lions were 2-1 up at half time courtesy of goals from John Lundstram and Harry Kane In the Estonian capital Tallinn. Hall had a big hand in England's second as his corner was punched out by the French goalkeeper but only as far as Kane, who volleyed into the bottom corner from 12 yards.
With Hall replaced in the 69th-minute, France continued to fight hard but Noel Blake's squad stood firm and will now face Greece in the semi-final on Thursday.
