Final score - West Ham United 3-1 Chelsea
94 mins - Big Sam will be delighted. His half-time changes have made all the difference. This has been the best 45 minutes of football since he took over, I would venture. West Ham have been truly outstanding since the break. Diame and Taylor have been superb, as have Jaaskelainen, Nolan and man of the match Cole! The final whistle goes. What a superb victory that is! We'll have plenty of post-match reaction on West Ham TV and whufc.com soon!
93 mins - Torres can't buy a goal today as his point-blank header is blocked by Jaaskelainen and West Ham clear their lines. The goalkeeper has certainly played his part in this victory and he celebrated that third goal by running to the corner of the Sir Trevor Brooking Stand and jumping up and down in front of the West Ham fans. Get in!
91 mins - GOAL! It's all over! Maiga intercepts a clearance and waits for the overlap of Taylor. His low first-time shot is palmed out by Cech and Maiga follows up to smash the ball home from ten yards. What a second half!
90 mins - The free-kick is flicked on by Taylor to Nolan, whose right-foot shot is goalbound but blocked behind for a corner. It's taken short by Taylor to Diame who wins a throw.
89 mins - West Ham have a free-kick for a handball inside their own half. Jaaskelainen rushes out to take it. Only joking!
88 mins - Brilliant stuff. Maiga and Taylor combine before Demel nutmegs Ashley Cole. Taylor crosses for Nolan and Azpilicueta has to put the ball out for a corner on the far side. No rush! The corner is caught by Cech.
87 mins - Maiga is on for Cole.
86 mins - GOAL! DIAME! Cole does superbly again to collect a pass into his chest from O'Brien. The No9 lays off for Diame, who has time and space to pick his spot and rifles a low shot into the net from 16 yards. West Ham lead!
86 mins - Maiga is going to be on shortly. I presume Cole will be the man to be replaced.
85 mins - Match Sponsors ScanPrint have voted Carlton Cole man of the match. That's a fair shout and is met with approval from the home fans.
84 mins - This has been a superb second half entertainment-wise. Marin cuts inside on his right foot, but his shot is easy enough for Jaaskelainen to save low to his right. Moments later, Marin finds Oscar, but his shot is too high.
83 mins - Inches away! Taylor's corner is superb and Reid wins the header, but Ashley Cole is quickly off his post and heads off the line. It wasn't in, but it was mighty close!
82 mins - Noble sends Jarvis away with a superb pass. The winger is in on goal. He shoots right-footed and Cech dives to his left to push the ball around the post.
80 mins - Demel puts the ball behind for a corner. it's taken short before the cross comes in and Reid heads behind. The second corner is cleared too, by Collins. The attendance is 35,005.
78 mins - The Germany international Marko Marin is on for Moses. Cole is taking on some fluids. He hasn't played 90 minutes for a while and is probably feeling the pace.
75 mins - West Ham come close again. Nolan and Diame combine before the latter finds Cole. His shot is blocked before he finds Demel with the ball from the rebound. Demel stands the ball up and Taylor's header is deflected wide. From the corner, Reid wins the header, but Cech is able to claim low down at his right-hand post.
73 mins - Chelsea replace Hazard with Oscar. The Blues fans are not impressed with the substitution and then sing a bit more support for Roberto Di Matteo.
72 mins - That's a let-off. Jaaskelainen throws the ball straight to Hazard. The Finn is on the floor but the Belgian gets too much on his shot and it clears the crossbar.
71 mins - Hazard and Ashley Cole combine down the Chelsea left but Taylor makes a fine challenge.
70 mins - The fire has gone out! Diame collects from Nolan's pass and smashes a left-foot shot high into the Bobby Moore Stand. Nolan was not best-pleased with his team-mate's decision.
69 mins - Diame is on fire. The midfielder wins the ball back again near the left touchline, runs at his man and wins a corner. Noble takes this time and Chelsea clear. Jarvis wins the ball back but cannot control it.
67 mins - Reid rises highest at the far post but his header hits a defender and goes behind again. Taylor's second delivery is not so good and Chelsea clear for a throw. The stadium has come alive. Both sets of fans are singing and urging their teams on.
65 mins - Mata steps up and curls his free-kick against the inside of the post before Demel hacks clear! West Ham break and Cole wins a corner.
64 mins - It's got a bit lively, all of a sudden! First, Jarvis sees his low shot held by Cech. Chelsea break and Jaaskelainen makes two saves in quick succession from Torres and Mata. Noble is then booked for a foul on Ramires. Free-kick 30 yards out to Chelsea.
63 mins - GOAL! West Ham get the goal they deserve. West Ham attack down the left and Nolan finds Jarvis, who is just onside. His cross hits Cahill on the head and loops high into the air. Cole gets above Ivanovic and heads into the bottom left-hand corner.
62 mins - Another West Ham raid ends when Taylor takes on Cole before slamming a high cross out for a goal kick with his right foot.
59 mins - Diame has been outstanding since his arrival. He wins the ball back again and gets forward, playing a one-two before his pass to Cole is cut out.
56 mins - Cahill is back on. Diame and Taylor have really given West Ham some much-needed energy. Both are involved before Noble finds Jarvis, who runs at Azpilicueta and wins a corner. It's wasted, but Jarvis then gets the ball back and gets into the box before playing a reverse pass for the captain. Nolan is onside and tries to square for Cole, but Chelsea scramble the ball away for a throw from inside their own six-yard box.
54 mins - It has been much, much better since half-time. The changes have had the desired effect. Another ball in from Taylor causes havoc and Nolan sees his shot blocked before Cole catches Cahill in the face as the defender heads clear. It's a foul, but the crowd don't like the decision. Cahill has the physio on.
52 mins - Cole is fouled. Collins lifts the ball in and Reid lofts the cross in when the ball comes in it's cleared for a throw. From it, Demel's cross is cleared.
51 mins - The third corner comes over and Nolan is penalised for backing into Cech. There is not much in that at all.
50 mins - Taylor wins a corner with a cross from Cole's lay-off. The ball drops to Diame, whose thumping shot is blocked. The No21 reacts quickest and wins another corner. After a short routine, Diame finds Taylor, who crosses low. Nolan gets his foot to the ball but his shot is blocked and the ball loops over the bar.
49 mins - Better. Nolan wins the ball back and then Cole causes enough fuss from the ball forward for Taylor to benefit. He hooks the ball on for Jarvis, who checks and stands the ball up for Cole, who heads over from the penalty spot.
47 mins - Cole is penalised for catching Ivanovic as the pair tussle for a direct ball into the box.
46 mins - Chelsea kick-off but West Ham are quickly on the offensive. Taylor is playing wide right and Diame has slotted into the midfield, with Noble dropping to his usual anchor role.
Two changes at the break from the Hammers. Diame and Taylor are on for Tomkins and O'Neil.
Half-time score - West Ham United 0-1 Chelsea
45 mins - So close! Collins thumps the ball from Noble's touch and it loops up off the wall. Jarvis heads back into the centre and Nolan heads towards the top corner. Cech atones for his error by palming the ball away for a corner. That is punched clear by the Czech and Chelsea escape. After a minute of added time, the half-time whistle is blown.
44 mins - Tomkins hooks the ball forward and it bounces a couple of yards outside the box. Jarvis is there with Cahill but Cech puts out an arm and handles the ball! He is booked and West Ham have a free-kick right on the edge of the box. Collins is standing over it.
43 mins - Another hearts-in-mouths moment as Ramires slides a pass through for Cole, but it's a yard too strong and Jaaskelainen is able to claim ahead of the left-back.
41 mins - Moses puts Demel on his backside with some tricks before pulling the ball back for Mata, whose first-time shot is superbly saved by Jaaskelainen. The ball falls back to Mata, but O'Brien makes a sliding last-ditch block.
40 mins - Reid loses the ball by the left touchline and then Azpilicueta beats O'Brien's challenge before crossing. Thankfully West Ham scramble the ball away, but they are soon back in trouble...
38 mins - Nolan wins a corner from Cole after he controls Demel's throw. Noble slips as he takes it but still finds Tomkins at the far post, but his header hits a defender and is cleared for a throw.
35 mins - Torres does well initially to make space for a shot wide on the left. He cuts inside and shoots low with his right foot but it's a routine save for Jaaskelainen low to his right.
34 mins - Cole does well again and wins a free-kick. It's taken short and quickly to Jarvis. His cross to the far post is headed down by Collins. He is whistled for a push on Ivanovic as Nolan shoots acrobatically into the net. Some home fans cheer the goal, but Mr Atkinson has given the foul. Replays show there was little, if any contact between Collins and Ivanovic. The Wales defender is not happy with the decision.
32 mins - Sorry to sound negative! Anyway, O'Neil and Jarvis have switched wings. Azpilicueta gets forward again and crosses deep, from where Demel heads behind for a corner. Collins heads it out of the box, but Cahill retrieves near the corner flag. He finds Hazard, who checks on to his left foot and fires a yard high and wide of the far post.
29 mins - Collins and Nolan have to hack clear this time following a cross from Azpilicueta that hits Ramires and bounces around inside the penalty area. Chelsea are just making quicker, crisper passes and are moving the ball better than their hosts. It must be remembered, of course, that West Ham have quite a few important players out injured at present - the likes of Carroll and Vaz Te could definitely make a difference out there.
28 mins - Cole does well to control on his chest. He gets a round of applause because he is surrounded by Chelsea defenders. He lays off for Noble, but the midfielder's touch lets him down.
27 mins - You can see that Chelsea aren't exactly brimming with confidence because they are not being clinical with the chances they are creating. This time it's Moses who bursts into the box before stabbing the ball across the face of goal and out for a throw on the near side.
25 mins - Nolan is putting himself about, to his credit. He wins the ball about 30 yards out with a crunching tackle, then Jarvis is fouled by Azpilicueta. Noble's free-kick causes a scramble but Chelsea then clear their lines and when Noble's back-heel is cut out, the Blues break. They have four attackers to two West Ham defenders, but Torres makes a complete hash of his shot and curls well over from 16 yards. That was a great chance.
23 mins - The Hammers clear the corner through Cole, but they have no outlet and are camped inside their own penalty area for a while before an over-hit pass from Hazard rolls away for a goal kick.
22 mins - The half is flying by time-wise, but it's all Chelsea at the moment. O'Brien gives the ball away and Chelsea come forward and win a corner. Hazard...
19 mins - Noble fouls Hazard close to the touchline. Mata will swing this in with his left foot. Dangerous times for the Hammers. Thankfully, Chelsea go too soon and are flagged offside. Jaaskelainen finds Demel with a throw and the right-back immediately loses the ball to Ramires. He crosses and Moses is unmarked, but he slices his shot wide of the far post.
17 mins - West Ham are struggling to get anything going in terms of consistent attacking play. They are going forward, but the attacks are petering out after one or two passes. The Chelsea fans are enjoying themselves, singing about their UEFA Champions League success and former manager Roberto Di Matteo.
13 mins - GOAL! Reid is caught out by Torres' run. The Spaniard gets in behind and pulls the ball back for compatriot Mata, who is completely unmarked. The No10 has time to pick his spot and does so with a neat first-time shot into the bottom left-hand corner.
12 mins - O'Neil and Demel combine well on the right before Cahill gets in and passes back to Cech, who side-steps Cole before clearing.
9 mins - Noble does well on halfway to nip the ball off the toes of Mikel. The midfielder is then fouled by the Nigerian. Collins lifts the ball in and Reid wins the header at the far post. He nods the ball back across goal for Nolan, who is both offside and penalised for a push on a Chelsea defender. Anyway, it's a free-kick to Chelsea.
8 mins - Cole has been involved heavily so far and he's doing well. The striker is holding the ball up and bringing his team-mates into play. Encouraging signs for the England striker.
6 mins - Jarvis wins a corner off Azpilicueta down the left after swapping passes with Tomkins. Noble's corner is high and Cech flaps at it, but the ball flies away to the far side and the chance is lost. Chelsea break, but Demel and O'Brien combine to thwart the Blues' attack.
5 mins - Tomkins finds Demel in space with a nice lofted ball, but the full-back slices his cross high and behind for a goal-kick.
3 mins - West Ham have some possession inside the Chelsea half as Cole holds the ball up well. It's switched wide left to O'Brien by O'Neil. The full-back drops his shoulder and loses his man but instead of crossing he rolls the ball square to Nolan, who lets it run and the ball is lost.
35 seconds - Lightning nearly strikes twice! A few days after conceding a deflected opener at Manchester United after 32 seconds, a cross hits Winston Reid on the back and loops wide! The corner is dealt with and cleared.
12.45pm - West Ham kick-off but immediately gift possession to Chelsea.
12.42pm - Here come the two teams. It's a bright and chilly morning here in east London. It's a big afternoon for Carlton Cole, who starts against his old club and will be desperate to impress. Big Sam has confirmed that Andy Carroll will be out for 'a few weeks', so Cole will surely get a good run of games to prove himself.
12.40pm - A warm round of applause in tribute to former Hammer and ex-Chelsea manager Dave Sexton, who died last weekend at the age of 82.
12.25pm - There is an exclusive interview with Paolo Di Canio in today's Official Programme, which you can download here. In it, Di Canio talks about the feeling he got when he scored the winner here against Chelsea in May 2003 - the most-recent Hammers victory over the Blues. The Italian said: "The feeling is one you only feel when you play at the Boleyn Ground and you score the winning goal. I was a substitute for this game and there had been no goals scored when Trevor asked me to start warming up. I could not wait to go on to the pitch. I came on and scored with about 15 minutes to go and it was the winning goal. It was such a special moment for me and to hear the sound of the people celebrating was one of the best memories of my time at West Ham. I felt great happiness at that time because it was something special to give hope to the people who were walking out of Upton Park after this game. I must say that it was not easy for us to win this game and it was not easy for me, because I had been training on my own, but the stadium was full of passion. I remember after scoring that I took off my shirt and went and slid on my knees in the corner with Trevor Sinclair. It was a fantastic moment."
12.15pm - The team news has been confirmed. Andy Carroll misses out with a knee injury picked up at Old Trafford in midweek. Carlton Cole comes in to replace him up front and starts against the club where he started his career. Mohamed Diame also drops to the bench, with Mark Noble back in the starting XI following a one-match ban.
West Ham United: Jaaskelainen, Demel, O'Brien, Reid, Collins, Tomkins, Noble, Nolan, Jarvis, O'Neil, Cols
Subs: Spiegel, Spence, Diame, Taylor, Moncur, Fanimo, Maiga
Chelsea: Cech, Ivanovic, Cahill, Azpilicueta, Cole, Mikel, Ramires, Hazard, Mata, Moses, Torres

11.35am - Everyone at West Ham United has been shocked and saddened to learn of the death of former Hammers Academy player and former Southend United and Oxford United winger Mitchell Cole at the age of 27. The club would like to pass on its sincere condolences to Mitchell's family and friends at this sad time.
11.25am - Just 100 minutes until kick-off and the atmosphere is already building nicely here at the Boleyn Ground. The Press Room is filling up and the streets around the stadium are awash with claret and blue-clad supporters.

West Ham United v Chelsea
Good morning and welcome to the Boleyn Ground for today's Barclays Premier League derby between West Ham United and Chelsea.
West Ham United host Chelsea on Saturday in their eighth home Barclays Premier League fixture of the season. The Hammers will contest their fourth 12.45pm kick-off of the 2012/13 campaign, having travelled to Swansea City and Norwich City and hosted Fulham on a Saturday lunch-time previously this term.
West Ham go into the weekend tenth in the Barclays Premier League table, having collected 19 points from their opening 14 fixtures. However, the Hammers will be eager to pick up points after collecing five from their five league games in November.
Newly-promoted West Ham start the weekend in tenth, having picked up 12 points from seven home Barclays Premier League games so far, beating Aston Villa (1-0), Fulham (3-0) and Southampton (4-1), drawing with Sunderland (1-1), Manchester City (0-0) and Stoke City (1-1) and losing out to Arsenal (1-3).
Chelsea play their third game since the appointment of Spaniard Rafael Benitez as the club's new interim manager on 22 November. Chelsea start the weekend in third position, having collected 26 points from their opening 14 matches. The Blues have won three, drawn two and lost just one of their six away league matches played so far.
The Blues have failed to score in any of their last three matches in all competitions, losing 3-0 at Juventus in the UEFA Champions League before drawing 0-0 with Manchester City and Fulham in the Barclays Premier League.
West Ham have not beaten Chelsea in any of their previous 13 meetings - 12 of them in the Premier League and six of them at the Boleyn Ground. The Hammers' most-recent victory over the Blues came on 3 May 2003, when Paolo Di Canio scored the winning goal in a 1-0 success at the Boleyn Ground. Di Canio also netted twice in a 3-2 victory at Stamford Bridge in the reverse fixture that season on 28 September 2002.
Chelsea have won the previous three Premier League matches between the two clubs, scoring ten goals and conceding just two.
The team news will be confirmed at 11.45am. West Ham will welcome back Mark Noble, but Alou Diarra, Ricardo Vaz Te, Yossi Benayoun and Jack Collison are unavailable. Chelsea will be without Frank Lampard, John Terry and the suspended David Luiz.
