West Ham United youngsters Blair Turgott and Matthias Fanimo were involved as England Under-18s drew 1-1 in Slovakia on Thursday.
The Academy midfielders were both introduced as substitutes as Noel Blake's side were denied an international friendly victory by a last-minute Albert Rusnak goal in Nitra.
Turgott (pictured), who helped England's U17s reach the semi-finals of the UEFA European Championship and appeared at the FIFA U17 World Cup earlier this year, was sent on as a half-time replacement for Crewe Alexandra striker Max Clayton.
Within three minutes, the Young Lions were ahead through a goal from Everton striker Hallam Hope, but not before Turgott had unleashed two shots on goal.
Fanimo, who missed the two U17 tournaments through injury but has been a regular for England at U16 and U17 level, replaced Hope with 25 minutes remaining.
However, England were just unable to hold on to their advantage as Manchester City starlet Rusnak snatched a late leveller.
