The nights may be drawing in, but West Ham United Community Sports Trust's after-school coaching sessions mean there is no need to stop exercising.
The Trust runs a host of courses across east London and Essex catering for footballers of all ages and abilities.
The latest of these to be launched are two new courses for boys and girls aged 5-14 being held at Laindon Community Centre in Aston Road, Laindon between 6pm and 7pm on Fridays.
With each session costing just £3.50 per child, they offer the perfect way to keep warm during the cold and dark winter evenings.
The Laindon course is just one of more than ten Community Football Coaching Programmes currently taking place across the London Boroughs of Newham and Redbridge and the county of Essex.
All Trust football training sessions run during the school year, excluding school and bank holidays.
To take part, simply turn up at the venue and register with the coach on the day.
