West Ham United's official tailors Apsley have staged a hugely successful Wardrobe Launch at their impressive showroom on Pall Mall.
The bespoke tailors, established in 1889, invited guests from the world of sports and business to the exclusive London event. It featured a special catwalk collection that showcased the latest Apsley Wardrobe, specially designed pieces that provide the client with a fully bespoke wardrobe with a choice of fabrics, linings and detailing.
The event comes before Monday's End of Season Gala Dinner in aid of the Academy, in which every single member of the first-team squad will be wearing their Apsley-designed club suits.
Club captain Matthew Upson said: "The lads all love wearing the new suits. It is important to feel part of a team even when we are not playing and the Apsley suits are really nice to wear.
"Comfort is as important as quality, particularly when we are travelling to away games or on club business. We have all been impressed by the consultations we have had with Apsley when they have come down to the training ground to do the fittings. It is a great service."
