Manu da Costa has won the SBOBET player of the month award for April 2011.
In what was a difficult month for the team, the Portugal defender won after securing 54.3 per cent of the vote, just ahead of Robert Green on 29.9 per cent. He succeeds Demba Ba, who took the title in March.
Da Costa's success was the second time he has been voted the main man this season in the SBOBET-sponsored award, having previously taken the award in September.
