Carlton Cole has hailed the "amazing spirit" coursing through West Ham United in an exclusive interview with West Ham TV.
The striker was reflecting further on an excellent point at Tottenham Hotspur last weekend and said the positive result was an indication of how tight-knit the whole squad has become. More than that, Cole said there was a real buzz at every level of the club's training set-up.
"We've got great players," he told West Ham TV. "Everybody out there from the youth team that trains with us sometimes, to the reserves, to the first team, to the coaches - everyone has their own input and everyone that works around the ground is pulling in the same direction.
"That's what creates the great atmosphere at the club. That's what drove us at Tottenham to try and get a result. It all adds up at the end of the day and I'm certainly proud of the lads. There is an amazing spirit."
