West Ham United have launched a fundamental upgrade of the club's entire customer service strategy.

The move is part of a desire to implement an increased customer and commercially-focused culture, with staff involved this week in an initiative involving the Premier League to ensure supporters remain at the heart of the club's brand values. The initiative also comes as the club searches for Hammers followers to take part in its new Supporters Advisory Board - a special panel aimed at consultation on all the big issues.

As well as this, the club has launched a dedicated customer service email address - [email protected] - and there is a new frequently asked questions' section on whufc.com - designed to answer as many of the common supporter queries as possible.
