Jonjo Heuerman is walking from Wembley to West Ham United in aid of the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK this weekend - and is hoping Hammers fans will back him along the way.
The nine-year-old will be greeted at the Boleyn Ground by Chairman David Gold, having spent a memorable day already this week at Chadwell Heath with the whole first-team squad.
Gary O'Neil, pictured right, was just one of the players to take time out to meet the Hammers-mad youngster, who was with his dad Gary, mum Donna and sister Megan on what was truly a day to remember.
